At Thrivin, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or provide a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the outside of your original Thrivin packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
